The bathrooms in our townhouse were tired and dated so were ready for a makeover.

Each time we were provided with a schedule of what to purchase and a timetable for the various aspects of the job to be done. The work was very professionally done and all sub-contractors were very considerate and polite. John’s advice on all aspects of the work, even down to helping with decor details was most helpful. We required a complete replacement of our tile and glass shower in our main bathroom due to leaks. John was referred to us by one his subcontractors.

John inspected the job, supplied us with a quote, made suggestions in regard to purchasing tiles, shower fittings, and then a daily schedule of work, updated as work progressed with exact arrival times, involving 5 different trades.

The job was completed with a visit from John to inspect the work and see that we were satisfied.

Due to unexpected leaks we urgently needed our en suite and main bathroom redone. The house is an old villa and had been renovated 10 years prior. This was an unexpected cost and we liked the existing layout.

John was very responsive both with timeliness and working with us for the best solution possible. He only advised us on what must be replaced to ensure warranty on the work and as the leaks were due to shower membrane issues, we were able to reuse the vanities and toilets.

The updated floor and shower tiles have modernized and lightened the rooms.

John's communication was exemplary before, during and after the works were completed. We were provided with a comprehensive schedule so we knew what was happening each day. We really appreciated him project managing the works and the sub trade teams.

John Hill completed work for me in 2012; he completed the renovation of the master bathroom. He has a very holistic approach to the job at hand, his skill included building, tiling and has a vast experience of colour and design which I found very useful. His work was of exceptional standard, the quality and the finished product exceeded my expectation. John arrived on time and completed his daily tasks on schedule.

John's approach was that of a very professional trade person, at the end of each day the work area was left in a clean and tidy state, the finished product was handed over clean and tidy.
